This was the first song I wrote after my extended hiatus, and I had been holding on to that line about Ginger Rogers for quite some time.

Kyle styled this track as a spaghetti western and maybe it is.

I had put all of my songwriting ephemera in a closet under a staircase and that's where I sat-on my amp, when I wrote this song.
